**Role Overview**

The website is the major visual touchpoint for customers to be able to see our products and services, and therefore, the Website Executive role is crucial to providing a high-level luxury shopping experience, whilst also maintaining the brand integrity.

The Website Executive role is commercially driven and contributes to the overall revenue of the business. This role is responsible for implementing the web strategy, which focuses on customer experience, UX, and on-site content. As well as keeping the website functioning to its best technical ability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the current website platform, working with external agencies.
- Be confident in submitting support tickets for technical issues.
- Undertake performance and UX checks and testing.
- Assist in creating on site content such as CMS pages, blog articles, and buying guides.
- Upload data and create/discontinue product listings on the website.
- Merchandise products across key pages, categories, filters, navigation, and search using data and market knowledge.

**Experience Requirements**
- 1-2 years of e-commerce experience.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and

manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be able to balance initiative with data to inform decision making.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Google Suite or similar tools.
- Experience of e-commerce platforms and managing the admin/CMS.

**Location**: Stockton, Teesside

**The package**: Salary is £26,000-28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Type**:Full-time, In person. Office based. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
