Through our own online platform, called the Nisai Virtual Academy, we provide learners from all backgrounds a bespoke education. Taking the positive elements of school in terms of student support, exam office, monitoring of progress, and attainment, we ‘respect the student’ by providing a holistic approach to education which has proven necessary and successful for many.

**Role**

The Marketing function at Nisai Group is evolving and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Marketing Executive to join this innovative education company. You will need to be passionate, enthusiastic, hard-working and self-sufficient with experience from at least one other marketing role.

Working closely with and reporting to the Group Learning Services Director you will promote Nisai and their world-class education services to clients within the UK and Internationally.

You will have the opportunity to build your skillset through:

- Researching national and international education trends
- Copywriting & content for all marketing collateral
- B2B marketing campaigns in partnership with our Learning Services Team
- Event management for multiple conferences a year in the UK and Internationally
- Website content, development and monitoring through Google Analytics
- SEO development and implementation on all Nisai Group websites
- Building on internal and external communication documents including press and media
- Developing concept briefs / white papers and tender documents

**Background**

Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Mailchimp would be an advantage but is not essential. As is experience in copywriting and SEO. Perhaps you are an intern looking for your next step up within Marketing or want more experience

Successful applicants will benefit from formal induction and ongoing support throughout their time with Nisai. Structured training days will help you develop professionally and opportunities to get involved in new projects and develop your skills further is there for those who are ambitious and looking for a career.

**Personal Specification**:

- Organised - The ability to prioritise, plan your own schedule and complete your jobs quickly and efficiently is essential for this role as you will be working across multiple teams on a variety of platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - You must be able to work in a small team, as part of a larger team as well as completely independently. You must be able to manage requirements to support other departments as well as your own workload
- An eye for detail - Your workload will be fast paced and demanding at times. Having the ability to catch errors and mistakes in your own work and the work of others will make you an asset to the team
