**About the role: Reporting into Sales Office Manager**

The Sales Office Supervisor role is key in the organisation as it is responsible for supporting the office manager and is essential to ensure the smooth flow of work into the Warehouse and to assist with the day to day running of the sales office. You will provide sales and customer service support to customers & ensure that their enquiries/orders are dealt with efficiently - resolving any issues that may occur. You will also make proactive outbound calls to follow up quotes and try to gain additional sales orders as well as promoting new and existing products.

**You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities**:

- Oversee, Coach, mentor and train the sales team to the required standard, to ensure great customer service is always delivered.
- Maintain regular contact with house accounts, selling in local and national promotions, to increase overall sales value
- Oversee the administration of returns, credits, to minimise costs to the Company
- Support the successful rollout of new systems and processes, to aid development and implementation of future strategies.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and Sales Office Clerks to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Able to organise workload, think logically, and work under pressure.
- Good basic knowledge of IT (Experience in Microsoft programmes, Excel, Word etc)
