**Pay Rate: £12.50**

**Working Hours: Variable shift rota - 22:00 - 06:00 - 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7, to include alternative weekends with 2 days off in the week)**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team in Hatfield

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing the cleaning of all areas of the building including - all warehouse space, office spaces, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas), ensuring areas are cleaned to the required contractual standards.
- Managing an expanding team, training new starters within your team, checking all areas of the teams' areas are to standard throughout the shift
- Responsible for all of the team and given duties
- Behold briefing sessions daily with your team at the start of the shift to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Working closely alongside Hygiene Manager and other shift Supervisors so all are working to the same standards
- You will come into regular contact with the clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor is essential.
- Experience in supervising a team and ongoing training
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail required
