As a Customer Service Coordinator at our Contact Centre, you’ll bring excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, proactivecustomer-focused attitude. Thanks to your logical approach and confidence with a variety of systems, you’ll be able to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your role & responsibilities will include:

- Expertly handle all contact with our customers.
- Ensure the customer journey is always seamless.
- Be part of an exciting, varied and dynamic environment.
- Bring your skills to deliver excellent customer service, every time.
- Log information and data using 'Salesforce' and 'IRIS' software packages.
- Cover varied shifts (between Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturdays, 9am to 1pm) Helping you feel good.

When you first start, you will start working on the Switchboard and can be moved internally to different departments and trained on the other areas of the operation too. You will have an excellent support system throughout via your Team Leader and / or theContact Centre Manager.
- become an 'Expert' after 6 month's service
- become a 'Champion' after 1 year's service

About your qualities:

- Ability to handle calls (approx. 30+ daily)
- Ability to stay calm and understanding
- Have great 5* customer service skills / experience
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Basic 'Microsoft Office' skills

Knowledge of 'Salesforce' beneficial (not essential - full training will be provided)
