**Position**:
In this role you will support the HR Service Manager in providing a full HR administration service to the business, dealing with complex queries, reporting and analysis, signing-off contracts and letters, quality checking, deputising when appropriate and acting as a system super user.

You will also support continuous improvement of the HR admin team processes, with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 or working towards it
- Experience using HR system, with the ability to produce reports and effectively manage complex workflows
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ability to perform administration tasks such as mail merges and reviewing / uploading data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness of and a good understanding of employment legislation, such as GDPR
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and manage a challenging workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
