Your role would involve:

- Conducting quote visits in client’s homes
- Offering solutions to our client’s needs in a profitable way
- Managing a pipeline of potential clients
- Communicating clients’ needs and requests clearly to the operational team
- Working to business targets
You will be target driven and motivated to solve our client’s problems using our Housekeeping service, and excited by the prospect of helping to grow a small business to achieve the long-term vision. You will also require the following skills and experience:

- Full UK driving license & access to own car
- Customer service experience
- Soft sales skills
- A positive and courteous attitude
- An energetic and efficient approach to work
- A great people person
- Excellent organisational skills
- Can remain calm and collected even under pressure
- Has good IT skills; as well as being confident using Microsoft word & Excel
- Previous experience in a cleaning company advantageous but not essential
- Can speak, read and write in fluent English
