- £20.17 per hour
- Full-time position
- Temporary, on-going role
- Support the employer partnerships team by managing and coordinating existing placement opportunities with our current partners
- Establish and nurture relationships with employers to increase placement offerings
- Pair students with appropriate placement opportunities
- Oversee placement records, the college’s system for monitoring business compliance, student placements, hours, and related documents
- Prioritise administrative tasks related to placement management
- Work closely with curriculum departments to meet their industry placement and work experience objectives, especially in preparation for T Levels

**A little bit about you**:

- A degree or relevant qualification in education, business, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as partnership coordination, employability support, or career services
- Experience working with employers to create and manage work placements, internships, or apprenticeship opportunities
- Background in educational settings or working with students, particularly in further or higher education, is often preferred
- Additional certifications in career development, employability, or vocational training is advantageous
