**The role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Employer Partnerships Team in the Careers & Employability Service. This is a new role in the team and you will make a significant impact through enhancing and improving the employer experience when they contact Manchester Metropolitan University. You will help to ensure the University is the ‘go-to' place for employers advertising their vacancies.

You will have operational oversight and monitoring of the administrative work associated with the Employer Partnerships Team. The team works with employers to source high quality vacancies for students and graduates which directly supports the objectives of the Graduate Outcomes Strategy. You will support a range of activities including employer engagement, events, recruitment processes and service delivery.

**About you**

Hybrid working is offered for this role. The nature of the role requires a presence on campus to support business needs but at other times you will be able to work remotely.
