Let’s face it, as a **Sales Executive in the competitive SaaS world,** a good deal of your success comes from the software solution you’re selling. **If you were selling one of (if not *the*)top SaaS software solution into your particular market,** which had an unrivalled reputation for excellence, innovation & constantly pushing the boundaries of what a solid SaaS solutioncan bring to a business - you’d be pretty confident that the OTE & more was absolutely achievable **Role details**: What you may be called: Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Account Executive, Bob, Sue, Romesh or "please stop calling us". Where you may live in the UK: London / Southeast. We try to visit the (new) London HQ once or twice a week, so being within striking distance or willing to travel down / up / across to London is preferable. What you will earn**:About £55K basic + double this for hitting your (very realistic) targets to make £110K OTE**, uncapped, with over-achievement accelerators, per annum + good software company private benefits package. **Still not convinced that this lead is worth following up?** How about: - The most excellent sales team. (**Strong tenure; 5+ years for most members**. 5.8 years companywide average for 1000+ employees, to be precise) - **An amazing Sales leader,** mentor & all-round excellent manager / boss / punching bag (“How can I help you achieve your target?” not, “Why have you not achieved your target”) - We are a current, tight knit team of 12, looking to grow - **Uncapped earnings, quarterly & annual accelerators, reduced / ramp-up targets** for the first 12 months & more warm leads than you can handle. Probably. - We are a dedicated Sales team. We have a dedicated marketing & SDR team behind us too. - Driven by recent large, referenceable wins, demand surge & new product releases, we are looking for 2 or maybe even 3 further Sales Executives to join us. Please tell your friends All we ask is that you come to us with: - Circa 2-3+ years’ experience in selling SaaS solutions (this is not a hard “number of years” requirement, more so the “sweet spot” that we are aiming for) If you do have experience in the **Hospitality, Hotel or Retail software sector**, then that’s a bonus, obviously, but **NOT **a requirement. - Oh, any experience in the MEDDIC Sales methodology would be super ace, but again, completely **NOT** a requirement.
