We’re searching for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and help us make this happen. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will lead teams to implement our new methodology, driving organisational change whilst providing coaching in Agile methodologies. This is a key role in the overall delivery and value add, as you will be pivotal in increasing collaboration, innovation, adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.

What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for educating and coaching multi-disciplinary teams on Agile values and principles, providing them with framework and tools for implementing the process.
- Responsible for developing and delivering training sessions that leads toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Acting as a mentor and coach, responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing Product Owners, Scrum Masters and the team members with feedback and means of improvement.
- Responsible for providing hands-on support to all employees on Agile tools, methods and ceremonies, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.
- Embodying the Agile principles and lead by example, responsible for leading Agile Community of Practice initiatives, facilitation of PI planning events and overall championing the Agile culture with the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of embedding Agile culture, mindset and ways of working in teams
- Excellent Leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Advocate for the adoption of Agile and able to positively assert the need for adherence to Agile processes whilst demonstrating enthusiasm for Agile practices and their benefits
- At least 2 years of Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach experience. Overall, at least 5 years of Change and transformation experience, preferably as a senior manager with digital and/or Agile transformation background.
- Delivered large scale complex business, technology delivery programming experience
- Demonstrable proficiency in relevant programme languages and methodologies
- Evidence thorough understanding Agile concepts, particularly in Scaled Agile Framework. Agile certification preferable.
- Experience in facilitation of workshop, user story writing, tooling (e.g. JIRA/ADO).
