The Early Careers Recruitment team is undergoing exciting transformation and strategic focus. This is a time of significant enhancement to the way we attract talent to the business, with the rise in prominence of diversity and social mobility, as well as investment in key partnerships, job boards and recruitment technology to drive improvements. We are seeking a creative, results focused and team orientated recruiter to add to the existing Graduate and Internship team. You will have responsibly for supporting our business areas within the UK and Ireland, leading on campus recruitment activity and promoting the WTW brand amongst our target audience.

**The role**

The responsibilities of the role are listed below but not limited to
- Direct and coordinate Early Careers recruiting activities
- Develop and cultivate relationships with campus careers services or placement office directors and initiate activities on campus to promote company
- Attend career fairs and other campus events, design and deliver Insight evenings, assessment centres, which may include travel to offices and universities across the UK
- Record, update and analyse all recruiting data using ATS system
- Assist with onboarding of interns and graduates in partnership with the business

People
- Work closely with selected teams in our business areas who support with our assessment and attraction to develop their knowledge and skills
- Effectively communicate appropriate information to business stakeholders and interview team members
- Manage and run assessment centres and ensure that effective selection decisions are made
- Collaborate with Inclusion and Diversity team in order meet diversity specific recruiting goals

Clients
- Establish a trusted advisor role with internal clients, providing consistent and high quality relationship management
- Support the Early Careers Recruitment Manager in collaborating with leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans to meet the needs of the designated business or region
- Communicate progress to business partners and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary

Financial
- Manage budgets and resources
- Meet or exceed recruiting metrics and key performance indicators
- Consistently seek new and innovative methods to enhance return on investment

**The Requirements**
- In house Early Careers recruitment experience
- Experience with recruiting for professional or financial services, actuarial, broking or investment roles would be an advantage
- Experience of coordinating and running events is key, both virtually and in-person
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and principles in the UK / EMEA
- Able to build relationships quickly and influence at all levels
- Experience with direct sourcing from LinkedIn, indeed job boards and other direct channels
- Ability to offer creative recruitment ideas, whilst following necessary processes
- Ability to embrace new systems and technology
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work proactively as part of a team
- An interest in social media and employer branding would be an advantage
