**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the co-ordination service calls and booking in works with client.
- Preparing and managing technical documents, drawings and reports.
- Preparing of “proposed” and “as fitted” drawings using AutoCAD.
- Preparing “small works” estimates from Operations team work reports.
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Maintaining Compliance documentation.
- General Office support.

**Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( excel, word, outlook).
- Basic AutoCAD experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
