**Lovat's Group are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Catering Sales Team based in our Headquarters in Kirkcaldy.**
- **4.5 days per week - Monday to Friday**:

This role specifically focuses on supporting the sales and administrative functions related to the sale of commercial catering equipment and all associated services provided to our prestigious clients. This role combines technical knowledge of catering equipment with sales support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the team in managing enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for commercial catering equipment and associated services
- **Technical Assistance**: Provide technical support and information about commercial catering equipment to our Clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain communication with clients regarding order status, equipment specifications, and delivery timelines using Joblogic our Field Service Management Cloud Based Software
- **Documentation Management**: Ensure all sales documents, including quotes and invoices, are accurate and processed within Contract SLA
- **Data Management**: Update and maintain sales databases, tracking leads, sales activities, and client interactions
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our Engineering, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
