Full Time Permanent role - Salary up to £26,000 + benefits
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Financial Advisory sector based in Fife to recruit an IFA Administrator for their growing team. The main purpose of this role will be to assist Paraplanners & IFAs with new business processing& general administration.
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Working closely with IFAs and Paraplanners to process new business to the company
- Liaising with product & service providers
- Carrying out technical administration tasks using the company's new back office system
- Assisting Paraplanners with producing valuations, illustrations & annual reviews
- Various other general administration tasks as directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Recent relevant experience working within an IFA firm & a good knowledge of product providers & processes - this experience is essential
- Excellent administration, attention to detail & organisational skills with the ability to deal with a very busy workload effectively
- Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
Experience: IFA: 2 years (required)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
