**HR Admin Assistant - Doncaster**

**Overall Purpose of Role**
We are looking for a professional individual to join our HR Team to support all day-to-day HR Administration and support payroll activity, involving all admin aspects of the employee lifecycle, from Recruitment, Joiners, Induction, Process & Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Training & Development & Rewards & Benefits.
**HR Administration & Support**
- First line support for all employee/manager HR enquiries sharing/escalating with HR Director
- To process all new starters including screening, reference checks, right to work checks, contracts and new employee information packs
- To ensure all new starters are set up in all HR systems and ticket with IT in time for day one of joining
- To process all contract variations accordingly
- To ensure companywide holidays are managed effectively in line with policy
- Filing, scanning & housekeeping in employee personnel files/databases
- To maintain all employee files/databases
- Keep all HR & Payroll databases & processes aligned & up to date
- Monitoring and maintaining our HR inbox (Outlook)
**Skills & Experience Required**
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in HR, Finance or Payroll admin (preferred but no essential).
- Communicate with people in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent IT skills proficient with Word, Excel in particular and able to adapt to bespoke systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to help others with a passionate and motivated approach
