We have an opening to join our HR Department as a HR Assistant. The main purpose of the role is to support staff within the HR department, with the chance to be involved with all aspects of the department.

Daily Duties:

- Supporting the HR department with the recruitment process.
- Requesting and chasing employment references.
- Helping with the induction process.
- Inputting employee's personal data on the system and supporting the HR department with general administrative tasks
- Taking minutes during confidential meetings and typing notes. Setting up important meetings for the HR team.
- Filing away confidential documents. Basic admin tasks: scanning, photocopying and filing HR documents.
- Helping with review process.
- Helping to develop our internal training program to include record keeping.

Experience required:
Recruitment experience is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
