We are looking for Residential Support Workers available to work Full Time and Term Time in the Bournemouth area.
These positions would be suitable for caring, passionate people who are looking to kick start a new role in an enthusiastic, supportive team
The home is set in a semi-rural location and supports children between the ages of 7-19 years who have autistic spectrum disorder and complex needs.
You will be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time in the Residential Home, you will be a integral part of the team and the lives of the young people you are supporting.
Although experience is not necessary, the home would require you to have the following characteristics:

- Demonstrate the values of the school and home
- Be able to use your transferable skills and life experience
- Be capable of supporting vulnerable children with varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated needs
- Have a resilient attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in organising and updating care plans
- Be caring and attentive - you should understand that each child has varying needs and will require different support

You would have the opportunity to progress in your career, complete induction and ongoing training and well being support from the team

Above all, you will assist the staff in providing a supportive and collaborative working environment where you can flourish in your career and feel incredibly rewarded by helping those who need it most.
