**Tenancy Support Worker**
**Location: Sandwell & Dudley - West Bromwich - out in the community**

**Hours: 37.5 Hours - Monday to Friday & Occasional Weekend**
**Salary and Benefits**
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of **£22,197 (£11 per hour)** and a very desirable employee package, which includes; ongoing in house training, opportunities to work with other services, enrolled with pay care, healthand lifestyle benefits, counselling, pension, 27 days annual leave + bank holidays - any so much more
**Overview of the role**
The client is looking for a full-time Tenancy Support Worker, based in Sandwell to work with their service users who are at risk of homelessness. You will provide support to those who are in need, to try and access the appropriate benefits and help with theirtenancy.
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you must:

- Be a driver with access to your own vehicle
- Have experience in community liaison
- Have experience in resident/service users engagement
- Computer literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- At least 6 months' experience supporting youths or young adults who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless
- You need to be resilient, as some service users will be vulnerable and will have challenging behaviour, and other complex needs

**Interview Process**
These stages have been put in place to help benefit and streamline the process of recruitment.
**1st Stage - Shortlisting & Pre-Screening**
