**Tenancy Sustainment Officer**

**Salary**:£24,512.25 per annum

**Job title**:Tenancy Sustainment Officer

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a **Tenancy Sustainment Officer** to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based at our offices in **West Bromwich/Birmingham**.

**Purpose of the role**
- To understand the complex needs of tenants, licensees, or occupants of Adullam properties within the context of Supported Exempt Accommodation.
- To deliver a consistently high customer service which enhances the quality of life for tenants by providing safe, secure, and attractive environments, creating sustainable communities.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.

**About you**
- We are looking for a flexible, approachable individual with the ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviour. You will be customer-focused and have the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- You will have good general IT skills and an understanding of the need for confidentiality.
