Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a housing provider who are looking to recruit a Tenancy Sustainment Officer for one of their supported housing projects in Bury. The organisation provides accommodation services and housing related support to those with complex needs i.e. substance misuse, offending behaviour and / or mental health.
**The role - Tenancy Sustainment Officer**
- Managing a caseload of service users with complex needs
- Signposting into other services relevant to the needs of service users
- Completing risk assessments
- Completing support plans
- Resettling service users into their own accommodation via the council or private let
- Providing tenancy related support for tenancies to be sustained
- Experience of working with complex client groups i.e. homelessness, ex offending, mental health, substance misuse
- Experience of working in accommodation-based services to provide housing related support and move on of clients
- Knowledge of moving clients into their own accommodation
- Experience of signposting and multi-agency working around the specific needs of service users
