Temporary Receptionist/administrator

Allstaff Office Division are seeking a temporary administrator who would be available for an immediate start on a part time basis, with our medical client based in the Clydebank area.
It is essential that you have previous administration experience.
The main duties involve
- Meeting and greeting patients at the front desk
- Booking appointments
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Manning department inbox and replying to queries.
Hours are 22.5 a week - Monday-Friday either 8.00am-12.30pm or 9am-1.30pm.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary staff, engaging and paying workers directly and supplying to a client who will control the worker in the course of their work.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Salary**: £11.13 per hour

- Clydebank: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
