**Service Administrator**

Our Service Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall Support, Reporting, Collaboration and Planning at our Hamilton Office.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone, inbox monitoring and diary management.
- Scheduling Engineers Workloads Efficiently.
- General Upkeep of the Internal System and Maintaining Records.
- Control and Plan all Service and Maintenance Scheduling.
- Organisation of Project Files for all Works Undertaken.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proven Experience in a Similar Administrator Role
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of software such as CASH is beneficial, but not required.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Scheduler to attend Monday-Friday at Cadzow House, Cadzow Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 7QN.
