Overview:
We are pleased to announce that Change Grow Live have been successful in securing funding for 4 areas in England and are now looking to recruit staff to join dedicated teams across the country to support those individuals involved with the criminal justice system. The 4 areas are West Midlands, South Yorkshire, Hampshire and Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

In recent months the Ministry of Justice and the Probation Service have been running competitive tendering across the country for providers of Dependency and Recovery services.
We are pleased to announce that Change Grow Live have been successful in securing funding for 4 areas in England and are now looking to recruit staff to join dedicated teams across the country to support those individuals involved with the criminal justice system. The 4 areas are West Midlands, South Yorkshire, Hampshire and Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals and friendly faces to help support people in leading healthier lives and breaking the cycle of crime and substance use.
Your focus will be on engaging with people who have a history of offending and substance misuse and have been assessed as been suitable for the Dependency and Recovery programme.

Services delivered will be harm reduction information and advice, brief and extended interventions, group programmes and referral into structured treatment if required. Change, Grow, Live services and staff will provide wraparound support and will work directly with other involved organisations to support the individual.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key. Roles which will be recruited to include Service Managers, Partnership Managers, Team Leaders and Dependency and Rehabilitation Coordinators and Motivators
You will have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you will be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
