Customer Service Representative

**The Customer Service Representative role manages all orders for both retail and web.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. **Order entry and order management**
- Entering orders onto the Company NAV system, creating work specs & issuing to factory in a timely manner.
- Resolving availability issues - liaising with production planning and customers to resolve potential on time delivery conflicts
- Managing store stock lists and providing a weekly top up of stock to all stores, including stationery.
- Dispatching orders using shipping software, including automatically generated shipments and manual shipments.
- Process all internet returns and exchanges in a timely manner
**2. **Customer Communication**
- To help customers & retail team with product enquiries
- To help customers online and to process their orders and any other general website questions
**3. **Website Management**
- Ensure stock is up to date on the website
- Ensure external marketing company is running and daily spend is accurate
**4. **General Reception and Administration**
- To answer the door to our (infrequent) visitors and to be one of the first to answer phone calls, redirecting as necessary
- Assist with customer related office admin tasks - such as assisting with shipping wholesale orders
- To ensure documents are filed as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
