**Reporting to**: Customer Service Manager
**Role responsibilities**:
- Actioning and updating the CRM system on a regular and timely basis
- Responding to customer's queries
- Manage incoming calls
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges for both software download and physical shipments
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Answer questions about service plans provide
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
**Skills required**:
- Customer Service and Administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Capable of working under pressure, to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent organisation skills and strong administrative capability
Once competent in role, this role does offer hybrid working 80:20, Office: Remote
