Dealing with enquires via phone and online, production quotes on different products, updating CRM daily and support fellow team members on joint projects.
The job will see also see you supporting other departments ad hoc.
This opportunity will suit anyone who may have come sales or from the financial sector but not essential. Full training will be offered along with the chance to gain national qualifications.
This role also comes with large amount of progression opportunity.
Day to Day:
- Receiving and dealing with client inquiries
- Providing quotes according to client specifications
- Entering information into the CRM
- Liaising with other members of the team
*Two years’ experience in a Customer Service role. Business-to-Business experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Financial or Sales experience
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task as required
- A levels / Highers or equivalent education
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office.
