HR Advisor/Administrator Hybrid working Home/Reigate £25k per annum
Are you an HR Advisor looking for a new role or HR Administrator looking to take he next step?
Working alongside the HR manager you will be managing your own projects as well as day to day transnational duties. To be successful in the role you will have come from an HR background either HR Admin or HR Advisor be happy to manage day to day operationalwork as well as advise line managers and take on project work. A great company to work for with lots social events and benefits to the role.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing all ER cases, being a liaison between the line manager and team member
- Absent management
- Supporting the business with engagement initiatives
- Maintaining and updating HR policies
- Supporting with training
- Complete DBS checks and RTW checks
This is a hybrid working role where you will be in the Reigate office 8 - 4 Monday to Wednesday and home based 8 - 4 Thursday and Friday.
