**Head of Sales Operations**
**Location: London (UK travel required)**
**The Role**
To define, develop and implement a world class Sales Operations support to specified Sales teams to drive an excellent level of sales performance. You will pro-actively use data and observation to identify issues, trends and opportunities then drive actioninto the relevant functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with key stakeholders, primarily across Sales, to define the priorities for Sales Operations balancing the requirements across multiple teams and divisions.
- Define and own the Sales Operations plan actively managing numerous projects (small to large scale) to improve processes and outcomes.
- Lead, develop and structure the team to optimise outcomes
- Provide clear visibility and tracking of all development and analysis in progress along with key outcomes for completed work.

**Skills / Experience Required**
- Expert in sales performance management and the operational needs of B2B sales teams
- Effective communication - you will be the source of companywide communications into Sales
- Strong analytical mind as well as excellent commercial acumen.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills at an Exec level.
- Experience working with CRM systems within a medium to large enterprise
- Work experience in Performance Management roles
