My PESPis a new and exciting project withcomplete family partnershipand are looking to change and improve the lives of an amazing gentleman in Essex. We are looking for an innovative and creative workforce to help us build this new-ish service. This is currentlyin the family home but will soon be making changes.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant/Support Worker/LifeSkill Development Coaches and leaders. Ideally with experience around Autism, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy and aiming for the stars.

This is to support a young adult who lives with his Parents in the family home and needs his own team of PA’s. He has autism, a learning disability and uses a wheel chair. He needs assistance and support and will also need help with personal care.

Good Rate of Pay (see below) and working within an amazing organisation (but directly with a family) who truly provide the best support. We aim high, we bring brilliant and we support our workers to be amazing - every day. We are not-for-profit and skilledat providing the best care and support.

The young man loves going out for short drives and likes being out and about. He enjoys bowling, the see life centre, parks, Lakeside and the Zoo. He enjoys listening to his music and watching videos with his PA's.

His support is person centred and led by his loving parents to give him a brilliant and happy life. You need to be fun loving and energetic with creative communication in a person centred way but with a very clear support team and outcomes of a brilliantlife.

Driver would be ideal, but not vital. We have a strong focus on staff wellbeing and progression and want people to come and join and partner with us to make our service users’ lives the best they can be.
