**We are currently Recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker; this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviours and Complex Needs**

The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff.

The young people in these homes have suffered from either Trauma, Neglect and various types of abuse. You will be working with them to create a family environment and making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people.

On top of helping shape the futures of young people, you will gain valuable experience and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.
- £23,450.00 - £25,200.00
- Sleep in's included in annual salary
- Clear progression plans
- Sleep-ins paid additionally as well as opportunities for overtime
- Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Residential Child Care required (Or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have knowledge around Therapeutic Care

**Experience**:

- Support Environment: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Level 3 Children's Residential Support Worker (preferred)
