**Background**

The dedicated Flight Management team at Victor is an integral component of the wider operational team and have wide-ranging responsibilities throughout the post-booking customer journey. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, and ambitious individual who with the necessary training and positive, ‘can-do’ attitude can both provide an industry-leading flight management service and embed themselves into the wider team, helping to drive improvements and engaging in wider business initiatives.

**Summary**

This position is critical within the broader Flight Management team in facilitating the ongoing smooth running of our flight schedule and offers a wide-ranging and exciting remit. Reporting directly to **Head of Flight Management**, the role will encompass a variety of responsibilities which will offer fantastic personal growth and learning opportunities whilst being immersed in a truly disruptive and innovative global brand. The role will also offer fantastic career progression opportunities and we encourage involvement in wider initiatives across the business as we continue to pioneer a better way to fly private.

**Responsible For**

Managing the end-to-end client experience post-booking, including communication with external partners (airports, FBOs, caterers), internal colleagues across all teams, and direct engagement with our clients flying around the world. There will be opportunities to gain exposure to different sub-elements of the flight management function including taking responsibility for the immediate post-booking phase (first contact and flight itineraries), the tactical (day of flight) role, and flight logistics.

**The Wider Team**

Working in the flight management team is unique in its exposure to all areas of the business and how we work both internally and with our external partners. We are looking for an individual who strives not only for individual excellence but who proactively seek opportunities to learn more about some of our other business functions and build great working relationships. This is especially key in communication with our Sales team in developing highly efficient partnerships and an understanding of different ways of working to deliver the best possible service for each and every flight booking and client.

**On-boarding**

As part of the on-boarding process, you will spend time with the Sales and Sourcing teams to gain an understanding of how we operate and will also be exposed to wider business activity including marketing, web content development and finance.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member;
- Comfortable and capable handling difficult situations and resolving problems, often at short notice;
- Good attention to detail, highly organised, proactive with an ability to prioritise effectively and multitask;
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work, flexibility and ability to work independently; Proficiency in English language with excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills;
