Job Details We are delighted to announce an opportunity for a full -time highly motivated Flight Operations and Training Support Officer to start ASAP for a position based in Malta. This position would be ideal for a Flight Operations and Training Officeralready living in Malta. The Flight Operations Engineering and Training Support Officer is directly responsible to the Manager Flight Operations and Training. They shall carry out the day-to-day administration and tasks within the Flight Operations SupportOffice as required, Maintain all Company Operational and Technical Manuals and Documentation up to date with the required regulations and Company policy Maintain all Company Operational and Technical records up to date at all times Manage the Company ElectronicFlight Bag Carry out the processes of the Flight Operations Support section Assist the Manager Crew Training in the overall administration of the Crew Training requirements Monitor the expiry of the crew licensing requirements Plan and administer the trainingrequirements of all flight crew Maintain all training files current and up to date Maintain all Operational Software updated as necessary Perform duties in the Paris office of the Company Office as may be necessary from time to time Manage the processes ofintegration of new aircraft Ensure that all Company forms are kept up to date Be familiar with the EASA regulations as updated from time to time To update company manuals in accordance with the EASA requirements Carry out any related tasks as may be instructedby the Manager Flight Operations from time to time. The position calls for self-motivated, hardworking, organised persons who preferably have experience as a Flight Operations and Training Support Officer in the business aviation industry. Persons with previousexperience would obviously be preferred. The person needs to be residing in Malta. Salary is negotiable and depending on experience and qualifications Why us?
