**Overall Job Purpose**:

- Responsible for supporting the AOG business both operationally and commercially and with invoicing/administration.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manager AOG & Commercial Operations with day-to-day AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Operations.
- Assist the Manager AOG & Commercial Operations with Commercially related AOG activity.
- Assist in ensuring operational effectiveness of the AOG business.
- Assist in assuring the invoicing process and administrative compliance of the AOG business.
- Assist the Manager AOG & Commercial Operations to identify and develop new AOG business.
- Ad-Hoc travel both domestically and internationally as and when required to customer and DFS locations and assist with urgent despatch and delivery of critical aircraft spares.
- Assist in the administrative duties relating to the AOG Business Unit.

**Job Context**
- The Job Holder will be involved in supporting all the activities of the AOG Business Unit with existing and targeted airline customers, contractors and suppliers.
- The Job Holder will be required to work 'out-of-hours’ on a roster basis on agreed weekends to meet customer requirements and requests.
- Flexible working - split between the LHR office and remotely (WFH).
- The Job Holder can be required to travel, at short notice, to customer locations, both in Europe and internationally carrying urgent aircraft spare parts (On Board Courier assignments).

**Job Challenge**
- To support the AOG Business Unit in its objective to increase sales and services to existing and targeted, potential customers with acceptable yields, as directed by the Manager AOG Commercial Operations.
- To assist in expanding the AOG business in the UK and Europe in a competitive market.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communications and organisational skills.
- Capable of working in a team and on own initiative.
- Customer focused with good Customer Service attitude.
- Numerate and computer literate.
- Accurate and appreciates the importance of attention to detail.
- Reliable with good time-keeping and able to work under pressure.
- A genuine interest and desire to work in aviation and logistics.
