**Recruitment Consultant - Skills & Experience**
- Proven track record of supplying permanent recruitment solutions.
- Understands what it takes to run a profitable perm desk.
- Have strong sales, influencing & negotiation skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to generate, build and develop strong client relationships.
- Be assertive, self motivated, showing drive and determination to succeed.
- Approachable, friendly and supportive team player with the confidence to work on their own initiative.
- Strong time management and organisation skills, be able to multi-task with a keen eye for detail.

**Recruitment Consultant - Salary & Benefits**
- Basic salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Excellent bonus/commission potential
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Additional annual leave incentive - half day’s leave can be accrued for every month that targets are hit

- Paid sick pay (capped per annum & eligible upon completion of probation)
