**Experienced Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant - Position**

This unique position is split into two core specialisms.

Resourcer
- Provide resource support to the Director for positions with key clients.
- Working closely with the Director to understand a client’s requirements, best method of sourcing and appropriate Boolean-search strategy.

Recruitment Consultant
- Be proactive and self motivated to identify prospective clients. Take ownership for; for initial introduction through to account management responsibility.
- This is a fully autonomous role that would suit an experienced consultant who has a proven track record of delivering permanent recruitment solutions, to prospective & valued clients.

**Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant - Skills & Experience**
- Proven track record of supplying permanent recruitment solutions - ideal.
- Have strong sales, influencing & negotiation skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Approachable, friendly and supportive team player with the confidence to work on their own initiative.
