**Who are Vet Seekers**:

- Vet Seekers established in 2016 and are a multi-award winning ethical veterinary recruitment business working on a national level.
- We recruit veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, clinical directors both on a locum and permanent basis UK wide.
- We are located in a fantastic spot by the river Nidd in Knaresborough with great transport links via the train, bus and motor way.
**What’s on offer**:

- Salary: £21,000 - £30,000 per year DOE - With basic increase against target achievement.
- Fantastic commission structure, paying up to 30% of what you generate (Unrivalled) - Paid monthly - First year OTE £30,000 to £80,000+
- Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm with an early finish on a Friday - No Weekends

**The role**:

- Identify and select top talent in the veterinary market.
- Developing and maintain a good understanding of our veterinary client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
- Delivering the highest level of service to pre-existing clients as well as new clients and developing strong long-term client relationships.
- Manage all client recruitment requirements, from inception to completion
- Coordinating with other team members and following the companies processes
- To maintain exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
- Continuous self-improvement around all aspects of the role.
