**Client Executive - Shopping Centres**

ME Group (Previously Photo-Me) are looking for a Client Executive to support the Key Accounts department with maintaining and managing clientele for our Contactless Vending business within the shopping centres.

The Client Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within our portfolio of shopping centres. This role focuses on understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of retail strategies that drive performance and client satisfaction.

The Client Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients within our shopping centre portfolio. This role will focus on ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the overall operations and profitability of the shopping centres.

Knowing customers well enables key account executives to generate additional business. Employers expect key account executives to know their assigned clients inside and out. Executives fully understand their products, services, objectives, competitors, and brand image. You will frequently check in with them to discuss needs, concerns, and satisfaction. If questions or problems arise, clients know exactly who to contact for a prompt response.

This role will suit a proactive, ambitious, and extroverted individual with career desires in the commercial sector.

**Responsibilities**

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within assigned shopping centres.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and work closely with the wider operations team to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Maintain existing contracts and relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone, and online presence.
- Accurately updating the CRM to establish the value of each account and ways to improve performance.
- Build strong relationships with companies and their employees, to identify their needs and requirements in promoting the company’s services, overseeing mutually beneficial referral contacts, networking, and upselling and cross selling.

**Operational Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of shopping centre marketing and promotional strategies.
- Work with the operations team to ensure that shopping centres are well-maintained and operate efficiently.
- Working alongside the installation teams to ensure accurate processes conducted to meet client satisfaction.

**Financial Performance**:

- Monitor and report on the financial performance of assigned shopping centres, including sales performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for clients.
- Identify opportunities to optimise revenue within the shopping centres.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, market conditions, and shopping centre metrics to senior management and clients.

**Additional requirements**:

- Support the Key Accounts team and when necessary, the wider business - you will be working in a cross functional role, in regular contact with the Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams.
- Update internal databases as required.
- Manage inbound enquiries, ensuring that leads are allocated and responded to

- Processing Orders
- Consulting with logistics and operational teams.

**Personal requirements**:

- Experience in the construction industry desirable (groundworks and installations).
- Possess exceptional communication skills.
- Initiative-taking, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organisation and admin skills
- Commercial acumen
- Planning and prioritisation skills that deliver activities on time and to budget.
- Ability to influence colleagues, leadership, and suppliers with impact to ensure delivery of tasks and milestones within plan.
- Excellent PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel data manipulation & reporting and various office packages.
- Great diligence and attention to detail.
- Full clean driving licence required.

**Package**:

- A competitive basic salary between £30k - £35k per annum based on experience.
- 10% annual KPI bonus plan
