We are working with a boutique insurance broker in a period of growth. Our client is currently seeking a dynamic, creative and organised individual to support their business development activity and client engagement strategies

**Overview**
- Business Development_
- Creating and updating market-mapping documentation across new product lines, sectors and routes to market.
- Marketing_
- Using PowerPoint to design marketing materials whilst also tailoring and creating PowerPoint decks and other materials for presentations, meetings and pitches.
- Maintaining the centralised PowerPoint and Word template library.
- Project managing marketing campaigns, both internal and external newsletters.
- Assisting with the creation and promotion of content on LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
- Events_
- Project managing client events
- Assisting with hosting and executing client events, primarily in London.
- Support_
- Minuting meetings, where required, and following-up with colleagues on post-meeting actions.
- Performing administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating correspondence, planning and coordinating regular team meetings.

**The successful applicant**
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working with a CRM.
- The role would suit a motivated individual who:

- is proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
- enjoys the creative aspects of PowerPoint;
- is a self-starter who, with guidance from the management team, can work independently;
- is an excellent communicator with good soft skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
