**Client Relationship Executive**
**Location: Liverpool Street**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm**

**In a nutshell**
Reporting to the E-Procurement Team Leader, the Client Relationship Executive
You will be playing an incremental part within the team and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the online portals for a selection of key clients
- The accurate input and processing of all relevant submission details
- Answering queries on all aspects of E-Procurement, escalating where appropriate
- Reviewing current ways of utilising vendor management systems, making suggestions for improvement and implementing efficient changes
- Develop positive working relationships with a number of select clients
- Ensuring a culture of effective working relationships, close collaboration and communication is developed and maintained across the business
- Providing timely and proactive responses to all enquiries

**Experience**:

- Previous admin experience, ideally gained in a fast paced environment
- Customer service or client relationship experience
