**Role**: Customer Care representative - Wholesale

**Salary**: 24k -£25K

**Full time**: 8.30-5pm Monday - Friday.

**Benefits**: Work based pension, 23 days holiday a year (3 days held for Christmas shut down), additional non-contractual day off for their birthday, well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee snacks etc with occasional lunch

Location: Orpington - 5**Days a week in the office**

**Key elements to the role**:

- Key sales orders onto stock management system.
- Answering the phone - customers and sales reps.
- Log queries on CRM / work with customer services when needed.
- Office admin as and when needed.
- Well presented.
- Experience in an office environment, sales / customer services / order /date management.
- Looking for a mid-term position, we have had a few who leave very quickly, and our business is built on employee stability.
- Happy in a mid-sized company, family business that is transitioning into a mid/large-sized business but with the best of the small family business mentality.
