We are currently seeking two dedicated and professional Client Welcome Advisors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in delivering the highest standard of client care.

As a Client Welcome Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our clients across Scotland, providing vital support during their initial interactions with the firm. Your role will be integral to ensuring that every client feels valued and confident in the legal services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, providing a warm, professional, and empathetic experience. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking advice or assistance, ensuring that each call is handled with care and efficiency.
- Case Management: Follow established processes for each call type, ensuring accurate and compliant handling of all inquiries. Initially, you will specialise in personal injury cases, with opportunities to expand your expertise into other legal services as the role evolves.
- Information Capture & Accuracy: Accurately capture the information shared by clients during calls, recording key details in the firm’s systems with a high level of attention to detail.
- File Preparation: Prepare and pass the client information to the appropriate Solicitor or Paralegal, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for their review and action.
- Case Liaison: Communicate with clients at the initial stages of their case, explaining the next steps in the process and ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Training & Development: Attend regular training sessions and workshops to improve your knowledge of legal processes and systems. We are committed to ensuring you have the tools and expertise to deliver the best client service.

**What we’re looking for**
- Client-Focused: You will be professional, empathetic, and approachable, with a genuine commitment to providing the best client experience.
- Exceptional Telephone Skills: An excellent telephone manner is essential for success in this role. You will handle calls with clarity, patience, and confidence.
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales: Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous. The ability to listen, engage with clients, and address their needs is key.
- Willingness to Learn: While an understanding of the personal injury process or legal systems would be a bonus, full training will be provided to ensure you develop the knowledge and skills required.
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to accurately capture and record client information, ensuring that no details are missed and that processes are followed meticulously.
- Team Player: You will work closely with colleagues across various departments, so the ability to collaborate and build relationships is important.
- Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Caring and Compassionate: A genuine interest in helping people and a compassionate approach to client interactions will set you apart.
- Exceptional Client Service: You should be dedicated to delivering a positive experience for clients, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
