Internal Sales Administrator

Ballicom is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of IT related hardware, suppling both the private and public sectors. Ballicom are looking to add an Internal Sales Administrator to support the sales team and help drive additional growth.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Create quotes for customers
- Contact vendors and suppliers to request pricing support on specific deals
- Develop relationships with the internal Ballicom sales team to work together effectively
- Follow up on orders placed to ensure the order has been processed correctly and shipped
- Support the sales team
**You key competencies will include**:
- You should be an assured CRM user
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (including MS Excel) would be ideal
- A natural ability to build customer rapport and develop trust
- A confident person and a excellent communicator
- A quick learner with ambition to succeed
- Experience of working in a team
**Package**:
- Full time
- 9am-5.30pm - hours with 30 minute lunch break
- Office based
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
