Customer Success Manager - Permanent (Full time)
**Salary**: 30k-33k
Our client based in Brighton are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful individual will be building relationships & managing client portfolios. If you are career-driven & proactive, we would love to hearfrom you
**Duties**:
- Be the primary point of contact for key clients
- Lead one to one support & check-in calls for the clients
- Review & escalate software issues & customer complaints
- Help to identify clients at risk & resolve their issues
- Assist with identifying key product enhancement areas
- Help to design insightful business intelligent reports that will assist with client retention strategies
- Assist in creating training courses & learning support
- Upsell services & products where possible
- Gain customer testimonials & case studies from your portfolio of clients
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational & multi-tasking skills
- Positive attitude
- Customer focused mentality
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have own car & valid driving license for client visits, when necessary
