Roofer

We are currently seeking an experienced **Roofer **to join our successful Response Business working across the North West areas covering Liverpool, Oldham, Burnley, and Manchester. Our in-house trades team specialise in providing day to day reactive response and maintenance services for our reputable Social Housing clients. **The Roofer role**:

- You will be responsible for undertaking repair/renewal roofing works, including; repairs and maintenance cover roof leaks, felt & batton, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repair completions.
- Taking pride in building relationships you will communicate effectively with the scheduler, tenants and line manager.
- Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
- Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required.
- Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA.

**What will you bring as a Roofer?**
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing/ trowel related trade, or equivalent professional body is desirable or time served
- Current PASMA certification desirable or willing to work towards it
- Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
- Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to team output targets
- Experience of working within Social Housing is a bonus
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Roofer role. A company van and fuel card will be provided for the team to use for business use only.
