Overview

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively with various tools and materials.

As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

Duties

  • Install roofing systems, including tiles, slates, metal, and flat roofs.
  • Repair and replace damaged roofing materials.
  • Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete roofing tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Roofer, NOT a labourer
  • Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and masonry techniques.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid clean driver's licence is essential
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills in roofing practices.
