Marketing Administrator

**About The Role**
The role of Marketing Administrator is a wide and varied role that requires great attention to detail. In addition to supporting general office administration, the primary responsibilities of the role will be to focus on marketing and customer relations support. This will include executing plans in a multitude of areas including market research, lead generation and sales support.
**Responsibilities**:
Marketing
- Supporting marketing activities
- Preparing reports for evaluation of marketing channels
- Expanding lead generation strategies
- Ensure that customer facing materials are delivered on schedule and efficiently
Sales
- Supporting sales process
- Support relationship building with customers
Customer support
- Support logistics including demonstrations on customer sites, courier shipments in/out of Eurozone and non-Eurozone countries, and maintaining records
Office Administration
- General office administration
**Essential Requirements**
- Data entry and documentation.
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite of products, Excel and Word.
- Managing relationships with employees, suppliers and/or customers.
**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience in a small, ideally start-up business
- Experience in, or supporting, digital marketing strategies
- Experience in working independently and managing own time is important
- Knowledge of MRP system or similar
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM or similar
- Some understanding of export logistics and operations would be an advantage, but not necessary
