**Directorate: Place**

**Hours: 32 hours a week (Hours will include early mornings, evenings, weekend working and bank holidays to support the operational needs of the facility)**
**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Location: Derby**

We are seeking a dynamic and well organised individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming everyone with an upbeat, friendly and personable style.

You will be key in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the front of house, sports, outreach and events programme.

Having the ability to work at pace using your own initiative is a must, being effective in communication and showing a positive outlook are of high importance. Always eager to support the future development of the Arena. If you have a passion for sports and events with an innovative mindset and outgoing personality, we want to hear from you.

Experience in working in a customer service role within hospitality, leisure or retail would be advantageous.
