Clinical Deputy Home Manager

Luxury Care Home - Wimbledon Area

Salary Up to £55,000

We are very excited to be recruiting a Clinical Deputy Home Manager for a highly sought after, luxury care home in Wimbledon which provides first class nursing, residential & dementia care in an 'Outstanding' CQC rated, award-winning environment.

Our client is a leading provider in the care sector for older people, they offer individual succession plans for all members of staff and excellent training, our client is fast paced and is always seeking new ways to provide innovative care.

As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care and governance is always provided whilst meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements', take responsibility for the running of the Home in the absenceof the Registered Manager, and work with the Registered Manager in ensuring the effective success of the home, including promoting the home within the local community.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for delivering exceptional Dementia care
- RN qualified with strong clinical experience
- Management and leadership experience
- You will hold a Dementia Qualification
- Minimum of two years shift leadership and management in a care home
- IT skills and good written and verbal communication skills
- Have a flexible approach to working hours

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively lead a clinical team to produce outstanding person centred care
- Taking responsibility for care provision in the home
- Carry out assessments of potential new residents
- Regularly liaise with healthcare professionals & attend meetings
- Support the Home Manager with managerial duties
