As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring clinical excellence, and promoting a compassionate, person-centred culture.The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a passionate and experienced nurse leader who can inspire and support a dedicated care team. You'll have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care for older people.RequirementsRegistered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pinMinimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in an elderly nursing home (or equivalent leadership experience within a hospital or community setting with exposure to elderly care)Strong background in elderly and dementia careA proactive and supportive management styleInterview ProcessThis role involves a two-stage interview process:Initial interview with the Home ManagerFinal interview with the Home Manager and Operations ManagerLocationThe home is based near South West London area and is easily commutable from Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Walton on Thames, Oxshott, Wimbledon, Woking, Staines-upon-Thames and RedhillRecommendationsCompass Associates Ltd is acting a Recruitment Consultant for this permanent vacancy.
